Programs your family does together, built on the strongest research we know.

Programs are what we build when a body of research is too expansive for a single insight. We pull together the best work in a developmental area, weave it into a multi-week sequence, and design it to produce meaningful outcomes for both parent and child.

For busy families, programs are an efficient way to build multiple skills, capabilities, and parts of identity in one place. They're also designed to be fun and engaging, to produce something kids can be proud of, and to deepen the relationship between parent and child along the way.

How we design programs

The principles behind every program.

Translate research into engaging experiences.

Each program brings together the strongest research in a developmental area, typically four to six bodies of work, named explicitly.

Learning and growing through doing.

Skills, capabilities, and identity-level shifts, bundled into a single structured experience instead of scattered across the year.

Designed with parent and child in mind.

Kids stay engaged because the work is intrinsically interesting. Parents stay engaged because the rhythm fits a real family week.

Building together is growing together.

Connection is a designed outcome, not a side effect. Programs are time spent side-by-side on something that matters.

The Parent Investor

Nine weeks that use entrepreneurship to build a lifetime of confidence for your child, and the start of a lifelong shift in how you parent.

Parent and child build a real-world business venture together over nine weeks. The venture is the vehicle. The developmental gains (agency, decision-making, productive struggle, strengths-rooted self-image) are the real product. Parents share in the developmental journey with coaching on how to support the child through each step of the process. This program integrates an extensive body of research into an integrated program that is designed to develop a lifetime of capabilities, and a stronger parent-child bond, in a few short months.

Example research woven in
  • Self-reliance (Glenn)
  • Growth mindset (Dweck)
  • Grit (Duckworth)
  • Character strengths (Seligman)
Built around real fun
  • Real venture, real stakes
  • A finished thing to be proud of
  • Side-by-side time, not over-the-shoulder
  • Family rituals that stick after week 9
For the parent
  • A clearer coaching identity, moving from manager to investor
  • Practical models for transferring decision-making
  • Confidence with productive struggle and the rescue instinct
  • Repeatable weekly rituals that survive the program
For the child
  • Owned decision-making practice across nine real choices
  • First taste of effortful mastery on a real-world project
  • Strengths-rooted self-image, named and noticed
  • A finished, tangible thing they made, and the confidence that follows

1WEEK
Welcome to the World of Business

We introduce the basic concepts of business to both child and parent, and lay out the structure for the course ahead.

Curiosity and self-efficacy: the child stops seeing business as something only adults do and starts believing they could create something useful. Parents practice discovering alongside their child instead of teaching at them.

2WEEK
Your Superpowers & Passions

We guide children through exploring what excites them: their interests, passions, and the areas that could make for a business they care about.

Self-awareness and intrinsic motivation: the child can name their strengths and what genuinely excites them. Parents learn to mirror: noticing and naming what they see, without steering it.

3WEEK
Problems Are Opportunities

We teach the process of speaking to potential customers and learning about the challenges they have that a business could address.

Empathy and real perspective-taking. The child learns that problems are other people's experiences, not abstractions, and that they can help. Parents build the habit of asking questions instead of supplying answers.

4WEEK
What Makes YOUR Idea Special?

The child develops their first business idea, built from their superpowers and passions, and the opportunities they heard in customer conversations.

Creative problem-solving and the confidence to back an idea. The child moves from a problem to a solution and can say why theirs is worth choosing. Parents practice challenging the thinking without taking it over.

5WEEK
Who Will Love This?

Child and parent learn to build a message and a brand around the concept and present it to potential customers: the first real feedback on the venture.

Communication and research skills: the child learns to ask, listen, and hear feedback without folding. Parents learn to support the investigation while letting the child lead the conversation.

6WEEK
Make It Real

We use that feedback to refine the product for launch. We build a team around us and define the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) we'll launch with.

Resilience and craftsmanship. The child turns criticism into a better version rather than a reason to quit. Parents practice the hardest discipline in the program: not fixing the prototype themselves.

7WEEK
The Price Is Right

We establish the business model. What are the costs? What do we charge? What profit do we want? Financial concepts kids carry into business and life.

Financial literacy and decision-making with real stakes: costs, pricing, profit, and trade-offs that actually matter to them. Parents turn math anxiety into math confidence by tying numbers to decisions the child cares about.

8WEEK
Ready, Set, Launch!

A formal launch of the business. The child takes it to market alongside the parent and works to close their first real sales.

Social courage and resilience. The child pitches, hears no, and keeps going: the week most parents point to as the turning point. Parents step back into cheerleader, normalizing setbacks instead of rescuing.

9WEEK
Level Up

We review the launch and the learnings, dissect what worked and what could improve, and build a detailed business plan and personalized summary the child keeps. Parents build a learning pathway and outcomes plan to keep advancing the skills.

An identity shift that outlasts the venture: the child sees themselves as someone who builds things, and can name the skills to prove it. Parents leave with a concrete plan for what comes next.

Ayurvedic Principles for Modern Families

Eight weeks translating four thousand years of Ayurvedic family practice into rituals that hold up in a real Tuesday evening.

Drawing on Ayurvedic family tradition alongside contemporary research on circadian biology, household rhythm, attachment, and early regulation, woven into a practical eight weeks of rituals that travel from morning through bedtime. Designed for young families and the parents who are quietly exhausted by trying to do everything at once.

Research woven in
  • Dinacharya (Ayurvedic daily rhythm)
  • Circadian biology (Walker, Panda)
  • Attachment & co-regulation (Bowlby, Siegel)
  • Harvard Center on the Developing Child
  • Family ritual research (Fiese)
Built around real life
  • Rituals that travel: kitchen, bedtime, weekend
  • Two hours a week, not two hours a day
  • Seasonal review, not daily perfection
  • Designed for tired parents of small children
For the parent
  • Clearer daily and seasonal rhythms, without rigidity
  • A regulated household pace that survives a hard week
  • A working theory of why the rituals work, not just which to run
  • Family practice that travels with the family
For the child
  • Predictable body-led routines that build regulation
  • Earlier capacity to settle, transition, and recover
  • An identity rooted in shared family ritual
  • A felt sense that home is reliable

1WEEK
The Science of Life

The course opens with the why: Ayurveda's five core principles and the three pillars of physical, emotional, and relationship health. The week's gentle practice: observe each family member without judgment, anchored by regular mealtimes and natural light.

A shared, non-judgmental vocabulary for talking about energy, mood, and balance at home, and the felt experience of being seen as an individual.

2WEEK
Meet the Doshas

Families discover Prakriti: each person's constitution as a blend of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. The 'Meet Your Family's Doshas' plate activity makes abstract energies tangible, especially for kids.

A practical map of why each member responds differently, with differences reframed as strengths, and a first framework for empathy.

3WEEK
Reading the Signs

This week adds Vikriti: each person's current state of balance. Families learn the observable signs of balance and imbalance, anchored by the 'Balance Detective Journal' and 'Family Weather Report'.

Emotional literacy and early self-regulation: naming inner states and pairing a feeling with a simple rebalancing action.

4WEEK
Daily & Seasonal Rhythms

The practice phase begins with rhythm. Families design constitution-aware morning and evening routines (Dinacharya) and learn to flex them across the year (Ritucharya).

Calmer mornings and bedtimes, and the security and self-regulation that come from predictable, individualized daily rhythm.

5WEEK
Nourishment

Food becomes a tool for balance. Families learn Agni (digestive fire) and the Six Tastes, plus realistic strategies for feeding different constitutions at one table.

Less mealtime conflict, a curious relationship with food, and body awareness: noticing how different foods make them feel.

6WEEK
Movement & Breath

Families match movement to constitution and practice dosha-balancing family yoga through the 'Yoga Story Adventure'. Pranayama introduces child-friendly breathing tools for big emotions.

Shared, screen-free activity that builds co-regulation, and a go-to set of breathing tools for de-escalating tense moments together.

7WEEK
Rest & the Sattvic Home

The course turns to sleep and surroundings. Families build constitution-friendly sleep environments and learn Sattvic living, tuning the home's senses toward calm and balance.

Better, more refreshing sleep and a calmer nervous-system baseline that supports mood, focus, and behavior.

8WEEK
Your Ayurvedic Journey

The final week turns eight weeks of experiments into a lasting rhythm. Families build a paced '90-Day Implementation Plan' grounded in the minimum effective dose, habit stacking, and family-wide buy-in.

A realistic written plan that keeps the practice alive, and a durable shared identity as a family that works with each member's nature.

Common questions

What parents ask first.

How much time per week does a program take?

Programs are designed for real families. Most run between two and three hours a week of total commitment, including the weekly module, family practice time, and a Sunday reflection ritual. Less than a single recurring activity.

What ages do the programs work for?

Each program is built for a specific phase of the Launch Trajectory. The Parent Investor targets ages 8-18 (Formation and Ignition phases). Ayurvedic Principles for Modern Families targets families with young children (Foundation and Connection phases, ages 0-7). The program page above shows the target age range.

Is the companion book really included free?

Yes. The companion book is included free with program signup. It's also available for purchase standalone if you'd prefer to read the longer argument without committing to the structured program.

Can I run a program at my own pace?

Yes. While programs are designed as multi-week sequences for momentum, you can run them at the pace that fits your family. Some families finish in the suggested timeline; others stretch a nine-week program across a season.

Are there programs for other Launch Trajectory phases?

More programs are in development for Foundation (ages 0-3) and Ignition (ages 13-18). Join the newsletter to be notified when new programs open.
